The hot-dip galvanizing line adopts the USS technology /method which is the most advanced and widely used process in the world.

Through the electroanalysis cleaning, the panel gets into the annealing furnaces to get annealed, and then is dipped in the galvanizing boiler to be hot dipped. Finally, we get the final products by the ways of passivation, surface finishing, horizontal drawing-straightening.

The specification of the products: 0.2-1.2mm*800-1250mm. The inner diameter of each coil is 508/610mm and the weight of the single coil is 3-10T.
